By reading this Privacy Policy, you are informed of how TREE collects, processes and protects the personal information you provide through the forms found on the www.treetk.com website (referred herein as the “Site”), as well as those collected through your navigation and any other data you may provide to TREE in the future.
Under the applicable legislation in force on personal data protection, by accepting this Privacy Policy you are giving your informed, express, free and unequivocal consent to TREE to process the personal data you provide through the Site. TREE shall be responsible for the processing, unless otherwise stated at the moment of its collection.

1. In the form to request collaboration with TREE:

• To contact the user in order to define the conditions of the collaboration.

2. Data provided through the Send CV form:
• To analyze the résumés sent to TREE and, where appropriate, incorporate the candidates to the selection processes that fit their profiles.

3. In the information request, consultation or contact forms:
• To manage the users' contact and information requests through the channels available for that purpose on TREE's websites.
• To process the requests.
· To analyze the use of the Site, and check the Users' preferences and behavior.

05. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL TREELOGIC PROCESS?

TREE shall process the data requested and, in any case, those stated as obligatory for the provision of the requested service or the contracting of the product selected by the User. The User must provide those data marked as obligatory in order for the forms to be sent, and for the product and/or service provision to take place.
To provide data from third-parties you must have the third party's consent and undertake to deliver all the information contained in this Privacy Policy to the interested party, owner of the said data, relieving TREE of any liability in this respect. Nevertheless, TREE may carry out any verification required in compliance with the corresponding data protection regulations.

06. HOW IS THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA LEGITIMATED?

The processing of your personal data will be legitimated:
1. In the collaboration request form, by means of the express consent given by the User. In relation to the analysis regarding the use of the Site, TREE's legitimate interest.
2. In the Send CV forms, by means of the express consent given by the User. In relation to the analysis regarding the use of the Site, TREE's legitimate interest.
3. In the information request, consultation or contact forms, by means of the express consent given by the User. In relation to the analysis regarding the use of the Site, TREE's legitimate interest.
The consent obtained for the aforementioned purposes is independent in each case, so that the User may revoke the consent given in particular cases without affecting the other ones. Users may revoke their consent to any of the processing; however, this will not affect the lawfulness of any previous processing.

07. WHO WILL WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH?

The User's data may be communicated to:
• Entities in charge of the management of the corresponding products or services.
• Public Administrations, in relation to their competence.
• Law Enforcement Forces and Agencies in accordance with the legal provisions.
Additionally, your personal data may be accessed by TREE's suppliers, for the purposes of compliance with the legal obligations and/or the provision of services related to the aforementioned purposes. The said suppliers shall not process your personal data for any purposes of which you have not been previously informed by TREE.

08. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

For the processing of collaboration requests, they will be kept for 2 years.
In the case of CVs sent, they will be kept for 2 years after receipt.
The personal data collected through information requests and consultations will be kept for 2 years after receipt.

09. USER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

The User:
• Guarantees that s/he is over 18 years of age, and that the data provided to TREE are true, exact, complete and updated. For these purposes, the User will be answerable for the veracity of all the communicated data and will endeavor to keep the information provided to TREE accurate and up to date, so that it reflects his/her actual situation.
• Guarantees that s/he has informed any third parties whose data s/he provides of the aspects contained in this document. Likewise, s/he guarantees that s/he has been authorized to provide their data to TREE for the stated purposes.
· Will be liable for any false or inaccurate information provided through the Site, as well as for any direct or indirect damages this may cause to TREE or to any third parties.

10. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

You can write to us at the address stated at the heading of this Policy or by email at the following address: dpo@treetk.com with the Reference “Data Protection”, attaching a photocopy of your identity document, at any moment and free of charge, to:
• Revoke your consent.
• Confirm whether TREE is processing any personal data concerning you.
• Access your personal data.
• Rectify any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request that your data be erased when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
• Obtain from TREE the limitation of the processing of your personal data when any of the conditions stated in the data protection regulations are met.
• Request the portability of your data.
